Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:

Minutes from the March 5 meeting were reviewed.
Bob Ross moved to approve the minutes. Mike LaBonte seconded.
Without objection the minutes were approved.

ARs:
- Mike LaBonte to send agreement draft 16 to Bob Ross for review
  - Done
- Bob Ross to send IBISCHK700 agreement draft 16 to SAE ITC for review
  - Done. One "2018" was corrected to "2019" to produce draft 17.

New IBISCHK bugs:
- None

IBISCHK700 parser development:
Bob Ross said we were quoted $8000 for development. We will pad the delivery date
given to us.  If IBIS 7.0 is ratified March 15, a vote to develop IBISCHK700 will be
scheduled for April 5.  A single editorial meeting might be held to jointly make the
few final edits needed.  The agreement links to the ver7.0_wip document, but that
needs to be ver7.0.

Old IBISCHK bugs:
Bob Ross said some IBISCHK bugs that are closed are not displayed as such on the web
page.  Mike LaBonte wondered if a Perl script was causing that. Bob said bugdir.txt
needed an update.

AR: Bob Ross to update bugdir.txt and regenerate IBISCHK BUG page.
